The New Normal

There is no question that 2020 has been an unpredictable year for us all and at times it has been tricky to know what we should be doing next.

But, 'The New Normal' does not have to be scary.

As the threat of a second wave of COVID-19 cases has arisen, and your company must be taking the proper safety measures.

There are several steps that organisations should consider to ensure their employees and future are protected.

1. Check Restrictions
The UK has established several new restrictions where we are moving from Tier to Tier. It can be hard to keep up to date. Be sure to review updates regularly and act accordingly.

2. Identify Risks
Assess potential risks to your organisation and employees with a particular emphasis on high-risk areas or tasks in the workplace.

3. Take Precautions
Implement new policies and practices such as cleaning and social distancing within the office to protect employees.

4. Work Remotely
Instruct any employee who is capable of working from home to do so.

5. Communicate
Be transparent with employees and keep vendors and partners apprised of your response plans.
