• Automatic 30 days coverage from your appointment date
• Cover bound for 6 months periods with automatic renewal offered
• Full coverage for unoccupied properties in most cases
• Reinstatement cover applies for most properties up to £20,000,000 any   one location
• Property Owners coverage applies for a limit of Indemnity of   £5,000,000
